The Parkway District is a rural district covering 160
square miles, with the primary villages being Rockford, Mendon, and
Willshire.
The parkway Schools completed an OSFC project in 2005,
consolidating the district facilities into one Pre-K through 12 building
located in the Village of Rockford. The $36,000,000 project includes a 600
seat auditorium, competition gym, expanded agriculture, and industrial arts
shop areas, along with technology upgrades. The 240,000 square foot facility
is one of the largest PreK-12 buildings in the state. The new facilities
have become a great source of pride for district residents.
